INGREDIENTS:
For stuffing:
1 cup grated paneer
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
1 inch peeled and grated ginger
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 cup grated mozzarella
1-2 drops of vinegar
Salt to taste

For Wrappers:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp ghee/oil
Salt to taste

Tomato ketchup
Green chutney
1 tbsp ghee/oil
Salt to taste

METHOD:
For stuffing: add all the ingredients in a pan except cheese
saute until soft. Remove from flame
add grated mozzarella and toss until well mixed
For wrappers:
🔳 add all the ingredients for the wrappers together in a bowl add enough water to make dough. Knead well. Keep aside for 10 min.
🔳 take a small ball of dough. Roll it into a square. Hold all the corners one by one and stick them carefully. When all parcels are ready, deep fry them until they become golden brown in colour.
🔳 serve hot with tomato ketchup anr green chutney
