TIKKAR



INGREDIENTS- (Serve-8 tikkar)

1 cup makke ka atta, 
1 cup wheat atta,
1/2 tsp ginger paste. 
1/2 onion grated 
1tsp garlic grated 
2 tbsp coriander leaves.
1/2 green chillies. 1
tsp red chilli pd.
2tbsp melted ghee. 
1green onion .
1tomato.
salt as per taste.


Method- 

Mix all the ingredients 
Knead a soft dough
Keep aside for 20 min.
Make a 8 balls.
Make a triangles with the help of dry atta.
Cook on the tawa with oil or ghee. 
Serve hot
