Ingredients:
1/2 cup Besan,
1 tea spoon of Garam masala,
Turmeric
Black pepper crushed,
Chat masala,
Ginger grated,
Green chili,
Dhaniya powder,
2 teaspoon oil,
salt to taste
Method:
1.Add oil to non stick pan
2. Add 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, chopped green chilies, turmeric and garam masala to pan and saute for a minute
3.Add broccoli and salt (to taste), mix well and cover
4.Let it cook over medium flame for 3-4 mins
5. Take the besan in a bowl and add dhaniya powder, chat masala, garam masala, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon oil and mix well.
6. Once broccoli is half cooked, add this besan mix to pan, sprinkle water cover it for 2-3 min n cook
7. Then take off the lid and cook in open to make it crispy.
