होली में हम और आप ही नहीं पकवान भी हुलियार जाते हैं. उनपर भी चढ़ जाते हैं अबीर गुलाल के रंग.
इस रंग भरे मौसम से रंग चुरा के निहा लाइ है आपके लिए Tricolor इडली बनाके।
Ingredient -
3 cups semolina (sooji),
1/2 cup sour curd
4 tbsp spinach (palak) puree
4 tbsp carrot (gajar) puree .
salt as per taste
3 tbsp Eno.
Method-
Mix sooji, curd & salt.
make desirable consistency with the help of water.
Keep aside for 30 min.
Divide batter into 3 parts..
1st part- for green idli - mix palak puree & eno .& steam idli for 12 min.
2nd for part orange idli- mix carrot puree & eno .& make idli .
3rd part - mix eno & make white idli.
Serve Rangili Idlee with your choice of chutney.
