Sabrang Daal सबरंग दाल

"Holi in Bhukkhad ghat" with all the heavy and delicious dishes, you need a light and nutritious dish too for a change :) 
Here you have a very healthy and good looking Daal    

Ingredients -


1 Cup chana dal .
1 Potato 
1 Carrot  
5-6 Spinach  leaves .
6-7 Cloves .
3 Dry red chilli ,
1 Medium cut onion.
1 Medium cut tomato ..
Haldi, 
Ghee .
Salt as per taste.

Method:- .

Soak chana dal for 1 hour .
Boil it with salt & haldi .
Take a pan. put ghee, red chilli, jeera,cut onion, garlic, tomato,cut potato. 
Put some water. cook it in medium flame for 5 min. 
Add cut carrot & spinach.  
Cook for 2 min. add boiled dal & shimmer it for another  2-3min. 
Add garam masala & amchoor pd. 
Garnish with coriander leaves. 
Serve with steamed rice or roti.
